The banana cam would help customers who do not like to be surprised whether their bananas will be too green or too yellow when ordering. Every day before leaving for the day, FL would put pictures on their website of the ripe status of each banana variety that they have. Customers will then not have to pray for their bananas to be ready for lunches by tomorrow or realize they have to wait or rush to the grocery store.
