I haven't seen chicken available in a long time, should this really be considered "added"?
And vegetarian fed please!
There are so many free range (invasive) chickens roaming O'ahu. Why not sell them as stewing chickens that are commonly used in the local Filipino dish Tinola? I think this would be a great idea analogous to deer on the other islands.

You open them and eat them raw.
Ludovico's chickens are too big and tough. Smaller, more tender chickens please. Thighs or breasts are fine. Boneless or skinless sometimes preferred.
