beef plate, beef neck, beef tendons, beef & pork lungs, spleen, kidneys, liver, pancreas, beef & pork blood, pig brains, beef and pig genitals (penis, testicles, vagina), and many others. Some of these are very difficult (nearly impossible) to find locally and I'm sure they would sell out very quickly.
You can set up a special arrangement for the lungs since they need to be handled very delicately and picked up right after slaughter.
Thank you for your suggestions! While our animals are butchered in-house, they are slaughtered off-site. We do not have access to these trickier-to-obtain items at this time, however, we do recognize the potential market and hope to be able to offer some of these items on our marketplace in the future.
